AccessToPrivateMoney .com is committed to providing easy access to the individuals, private money lenders, who have money to invest in projects for anyone who has a viable project.

We are not a Bank, not a Lending Institution and we don’t make loans. All funding is done on a joint venture type agreement.

How Do We Accomplish This?

We have teamed up with a company that has created a large pool of private individuals, private money lenders, each of whom has more than $100 million dollars to invest in projects. In addition, these investors have been checked by this company to ensure that their money is clean and is in the United States available to invest. All funds have been cleared by the Patriot Act, so that you don’t have to do the checking. This leads to rapid funding.

We Interview Prospective Clients

We review projects of prospective clients to make sure that they meet the basic guidelines of this group. Then we submit them for consideration by this group. When any investor is willing to fund a project, we provide fast and easy access to meet with that individual to work out the details of our client’s joint venture agreement.

We Streamline The Paperwork

We require only a minimum of paperwork to submit a project for consideration and we can act relatively quickly. Our clients don’t have to fill out an extensive set of documents requiring credit scores and past financial history. In addition, the paperwork is submitted directly into the database, so our clients don't have to wait for multiple reviews of the information before anything happens.
